It says he is a natural centre back/ centre midfield/ defensive midfield. But what is his best postion?? Is he worth about 15 million? Anybody tried him out??

Signed him for £13million with United, I'd say his best position is right-back. Yes he is worth it, when Neville eventually goes he will be immense.

I thought he was only accompished at right back. Got such a good Chelsea team that i don't actually know if i need him. Is he an England player for you and what year are you in Ed?

In my Boro game, he was avering around 7.60+ for 3 seasons or so.. Scores goals, and they play him in either the holidng role, or CB, either way he is superb!!

Scored a hat-trick against me as well, 3-1 up, and he popped up in the last 10minues and grabbed another two!! GRRR..

Defender Center definitely. In the first season whenever I scouted a DC the comparison was to Terry. In the second season, he became so good that now the comparison is to mr. Micah. I've only found De Jong to have more potential than him but the scout was actually comparing De Jong to Micah's defensive midfielder abilities.

Yeah i got that. I scouted him and it goes he is neally up to the potential of a DM as Ballack. MMM don't think he is defensive TBH

Just found something I like in the game.

Playing a network game, Arsenal had a £13.5 million bid accepted for Richards, but my £20 million offer was rejected. Seems that buying players from rivals is alot harder.

He doesn't look that great, maybe they've just taken the stats down on since FM2006.

I got him with Arsenal in my second season for about 18 million and in his first game he scored now in 2008 he is a Arsenal hero, scoring the winning goal in the fa cup final
